A Compact Compressed Air System for Workshops and Production Lines
The RUEGO JCG Series combines a screw compressor, refrigerated air dryer, precision filters and air storage in one compact package. It is intended for industrial users who need compressed air treatment close to the point of use while reducing separate equipment, pipe connections and installation work.
Standard JCG models are designed for 1.6 MPa / 16 bar air supply. Project-specific 8โ12 bar configurations can also be confirmed for general workshops, machining, hardware manufacturing, pneumatic equipment and local production lines. Air delivery and final specifications for these custom-pressure versions must be selected for the actual application rather than copied from the standard 16 bar range.

What the Integrated System Includes
The JCG package is sometimes described as a 4-in-1 system. The term refers to four functional parts integrated into the same compressed-air package:

Screw Compressor and VSD Start
The oil-lubricated screw compressor provides the air supply, while variable-speed starting helps reduce starting impact and supports steadier pressure control when demand changes.
Built-in Refrigerated Air Dryer
The integrated refrigerated dryer helps reduce moisture and condensate risk before the air reaches downstream piping and equipment.
Precision Filtration
The integrated filters help manage moisture, oil mist and particles. Filter grade and any additional treatment must still be matched to the air-quality requirement at the point of use.
Integrated Air Storage
The built-in air-storage structure helps buffer short demand changes. A separate receiver may still be required for multiple machines, larger peaks or applications that need tighter endpoint pressure stability.
Where the JCG Series Fits, and What to Confirm
Suitable Applications
- Standard 16 bar models: laser cutting, selected metalworking equipment and other high-pressure auxiliary-air duties.
- Project-specific 8โ12 bar configurations: machining, hardware manufacturing, pneumatic equipment, independent workstations and local workshop supply.
- Sites that value a compact package and fewer external connections for compression, drying, filtration and air storage.
Confirm Before Selection
- Required working pressure, simultaneous and peak air demand, operating hours, voltage and frequency.
- Endpoint moisture, oil and particle limits, plus any low-dew-point requirement.
- Ventilation, drainage, ambient temperature, altitude, pipe length and available installation space.
Confirm Air Quality Requirements Before Selection
The built-in refrigerated dryer and precision filters are designed for standard industrial air treatment. Before selection, define the required pressure dew point and the acceptable oil, particle and moisture levels at the point of use. Use the integrated setup only when its confirmed treatment capability meets those targets.
If the process requires a lower pressure dew point, evaluate an external desiccant dryer. Tighter oil or particle limits may require upgraded filtration, while large demand swings may justify an external air receiver. Confirm drainage and pipe sizing as part of the same system review.
